Emerging Leaders Group to Meet in Rogers | Politics

The Northwest Arkansas Emerging Leaders (NWAEL) are holding their quarterly membership-wide meeting at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, August 15 at the Community Room at Arvest Ball Park in Springdale.  Since 2012 is an election year, the program will focus on how and why young professionals should get involved in politics. 

The program, "Get Involved and Be Heard: The Importance of Political Engagement and Public Service," will feature Skip Rutherford, Dean of the Clinton School of Public Service.  The media is invited to attend and meet with one of the largest young professional organizations in northwest Arkansas as they learn about the importance of public service and political engagement.
